The Great Pineview Tree Hunt

This will be the second year we have dragged the Grandkids and parents through the bush and snow, looking for that perfect “Charlie Brown” Christmas tree for Grandma and Grandpa’s house.

Bribed with promises of a fire, hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows (for the kids) and quesadillas for lunch for the grownups, we headed out on a sunny Saturday morning.

Looks too big, Nathan thinks

The ‘perfect’ tree has been found.

Timber!

Marcus volunteers to bring Auntie Debbie’s tree back to the car.

And Grandpa brings the big one.

Getting a head start on the marshmallows.

Looks like Rylan thinks the hot chocolate is OK

Good stuff.
